"Hi! My name is Jamie. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental, and often humorous presence to the therapy room and hope that your experience in therapy is deeply moving and affirming. Together, I hope that we can challenge unhelpful patterns to support growth and deeper insight.

My approach is rooted in honesty, authenticity, and a deep respect for your individuality. I draw from attachment theory, systems thinking, and psychodynamic principles, integrating an understanding of early experiences, family systems, unconscious drives, and cultural influences—including the impact of gender, sexuality, and societal expectations. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorders. My work is trauma-informed, values-centered, and grounded in deep attunement to each person’s unique story and inner world.

I believe the connection we build is one of the most powerful tools for healing. I’m here to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and help you feel seen—especially if that hasn’t always been your experience. I celebrate your moments clarity with genuine joy and hope to create a space where your stories, pain, and triumphs are honored and held with care."
