“I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.” — Hafiz

Hi, I’m Jing.

As a therapist, I am constantly moved by the quiet wisdom and resilience within people, even when they cannot see it themselves because of the conditions they grew up in. My greatest wish is to be the mirror you’ve always needed, so you can rediscover your own strength, beauty, and inner knowing.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with dual Master’s degrees in Education and Counseling Psychology. I work with adults and families navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, high sensitivity (HSP), generational patterns, and cross-cultural identity. As a bilingual therapist (English/Mandarin), I am dedicated to culturally responsive and emotionally attuned care.

My approach is gentle but deep, drawing from depth psychoanalysis, liberation psychology, somatic and relational healing. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where all of you is welcome, including the parts you’ve hidden just to survive. Your inner wisdom is always there, and I will honor and hold space for it to shine.

There is power in even the darkest times. I’m especially passionate about supporting adult children of dysfunctional families, people with immigration challenges, survivors of difficult relational patterns, and anyone ready to step out of old stories and reclaim a fuller, truer life.

If you long to feel seen and want to reconnect with your inner truth, I would be honored to walk beside you.
